Update:
Allison is fully booked for the remainder of 2024. She is scheduled to undergo surgery on her ankle in December, which we hope will be her final procedure. Her expected return to the studio is in mid-January.

Allison Hall is Greenville’s first female tattoo artist. She began her tattooing career at Physical Graffiti South in 2008. In early 2017, took over ownership of PGS Tattoo and started Reckless Heart, LLC. Art has always been a focus for Allison. Whether drawing, painting or tattooing, art is her passion. She loves doing many different styles of tattooing including bold color, realism, neo-traditional and black and grey.
